Mark & Laura- Crested Butte, CO.
This weekend was great!! It was the 4th of July, my 5 year anniversary and I was in Crested Butte. I had never been there before, wow what a beautiful place. Saturday I started the day off by walking around town to capture some art. I realized that you can not live in Crested Butte if you do not own a vintage Schwinn bicycle. Then I met up with the ladies for getting ready pictures and thats when the weather turned rainy. BTW- the weather report said a 30% chance of scattered rain showers. Laura and I were supposed to meet Mark in a field of wild flowers just outside of town for their first meeting and I wondered if she would still be game with the rain, but she was and we did and it was beautiful. After the field we headed back to town for wedding party pictures, we had a blast. The wedding party was game for walking around town and I had scouted out some fun buildings ahead of time!! So for most of pictures it cleared up except for clouds, then the ceremony time came and so did the rain. But Laura and Mark got married outside anyways and it was beautiful!!
What a wonderful day. Congrats to you both and to your adorable families. I had a great day/ anniversary with you all!!

I swear there is at least 1 or 10 Schwinn bicycles on every block.

Laura got her dress from Anna Be in Denver, perfect for her mountain wedding!!

Their first meeting was perfect!

Crested Butte is known for its wild flowers and I can see why.

There was no sun, but I wanted to create a little just for fun.

The girls dresses were from Anthropology. I love that store!!

And so the rain came, the programs came in handy for more than just a good read.

It would have been a shame to move the ceremony location and not have this view.

Half way through the ceremony the rain stopped!! The flower girls were excited.

Cheers!
