Jolyn & Mike- Married at Devils Thumb Ranch

This past Friday I shot Jolyn & Mike's wedding at my favorite venue in Colorado, Devils Thumb Ranch. The day was planned perfectly because Jolyn is an event coordinator, evey detail was gorgeous and I was in heaven. I love details!! Then because of the amazing winter in the mountains, the wild flowers were everywhere.

I am so happy to have been apart of such an amazing day. I wish I could shoot it all over again!! Thanks to all the wedding party and guests for being so much fun.

Jolyn gave each of the girls a black pearl necklace for a wedding gift and wrote a little note to each, Jolyn is extremely thoughful.

Mike's expression was priceless.


The flower girl and ring bearer where the best kids I have ever worked with at a wedding. They were up for anything all day long and not to mention adorable.

The church doors were so great and make for an artsy photo.

    I saw your name on James Christianson's site and I wanted to check out your blog. I'm certainly glad that I did because I love your images. The textured image of the couple in the field is amazing and I love the image of the guys in the trees. Thanks for sharing.

    AHHHHH this makes me want to come to Colorado soooo bad! You just don't get scenery like that in Florida. Sure the beach is nice, but I'm ready for a change! The field with flowers was awesome....love all the images.

    Hi Jamee!!! Thought I would check in to see what ya've been up to lately :-) Gorgeous photos as usual. I was also thinking, I absolutely LOVE this brides wedding dress. I see so many 'strapless' dresses, and to see a classic beauty like Jolyns - so refreshing to say the least. She's got amazing taste :-)
